Got Questions? Read A Few
Maybe we can save you a few emails and answer some things for you!
Media Days: 1. Is the smoke bad and does it set off fire alarms? 2. Can media days be outside? 3. How many people can be in media days? 4. Can we use these photos for senior banners? 5. When do we get our photos back from media days/ individual photoshoots?
1. The smoke/fog we use is a heated water vapor and it is safe and does not 9.5 times out of 10 set off fire alarms, but never say never!

2. Yes! But they will not have smoke most of the time and you may not have an entirely dark/black background

3. Any, we have a lot of price plans for different amounts of people. See our price page

4. Yes! We partner with BlackForge- Joe Sheppard in Rising Sun, MD. They know our photos and editing and can make almost anything you can think of! Banners are usually done in 3-5 business days once the file is emailed to BlackForge.

5. It depends! Usually, we say prepare for 2-week turnaround time, but medical things come up, chores, family things. We can take up to a month sometimes.
Do we shoot live games?
Yes we do! Little league, dance, cheer, volleyball, soccer, rodeos. Pretty much anything! See our pricing sheet for our game price plans.
Do we shoot individual photos and senior photos?
Yes, we do those too! We usually draw the line at weddings and families lol.

My kid/athlete got photos taken and we got 9 photos. Another parent's kid got 11 photos, what's that about?
We do not count every single photo, but we try to take 2-3 photos of each pose. Sometimes we may adjust a light or re-shoot the pose so extras happen, its not on purpose
We never see you at our school shooting media days or our kids games. You only ever show up to "XYZs School"
Love hearing that every other day. Well, did you ask us? Media days have to be paid for and scheduled with the AD/Coach and team, we can't just appear.

Something a lot of parents and kids are not aware of, school districts have media rules! Some schools/counties do not care if we shoot photos whenever we want to. We can just pop in and take a spot.
Some counties however have very strict rules on who is shooting photos, why they are there and if they have school and AD permission. Those schools or counties will ban you from the field/gym and that can damage our credentials with the schools.

And if you see us shooting photos of a game, we either were paid by a school or parent ahead of time to capture every kid OR the newspaper sent us to cover the game. We do not choose where the outlets send us, if they need a game covered, we go cover it and the article is printed in the paper.
